The Veteran Enterprise Contracting for Transformation and Operational Readiness (VECTOR) vehicle is a multiple-award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract designed to support professional, administrative and general management support service requirements at VA It is exclusively set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and was awarded in November 22, 2017 for the ceiling of $25 Billion with a 5 year base plus one additional 5 year option.
